1. Genel Bakış

AlhazenPDF, araç galerisi, emlak ofisi, teknik servis ve yedek parça işletmeleri için geliştirilmiş bir mobil uygulama ve web portalları bütünüdür. Uygulamayı ücretsiz/bireysel PDF üretim aracı olarak kullanabilir, ya da işletmeniz için bulut tabanlı bir hesap (Galeri, Emlak, Teknik Servis veya Yedek Parça) açabilirsiniz.

Bulut hesabınız mobil uygulama ve buna karşılık gelen web portalından (örn. galeri.alhazenpdf.com, emlak.alhazenpdf.com, servis.alhazenpdf.com, parca.alhazenpdf.com) aynı veriye erişir — ikisi de aynı gizlilik kurallarına tabidir.

2. Toplanan Veriler

A) Yerel PDF Oluşturma (Hesap Gerektirmez)

Fotoğraflar ve girilen bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda işlenir.
Hiçbir veri sunucuya gönderilmez.
Kamera ve depolama izinleri yalnızca yerel kullanım içindir.
13 yaş altı çocuklardan veri toplanmaz.

B) Bulut İşletme Hesapları (Galeri, Emlak, Teknik Servis, Yedek Parça)

Bu bölüm yalnızca mobil uygulamadan bir işletme hesabı (Galeri, Emlak, Teknik Servis veya Yedek Parça) oluşturan kullanıcılar için geçerlidir. Sadece yerel PDF modülünü kullanan kullanıcılar bu kapsamın dışındadır.

Bir işletme hesabı oluşturduğunuzda aşağıdaki veriler Supabase (supabase.com) bulut altyapısında saklanır, tüm iletişim TLS şifrelemesiyle korunur:

E-posta adresi — hesap oluşturma ve kimlik doğrulama için
Kullanıcı kimliği (UUID) — Supabase tarafından otomatik atanır
İşletme bilgileri — işletme adı, logo, iletişim telefonu
Ekip üyesi bilgileri — takıma davet ettiğiniz yetkililerin e-posta adresleri ve rolleri
İş kaydı verileri — iş kolunuza göre değişir:
- Galeri: araç plakası, marka/model, alış-satış fiyatı, giderler, ekspertiz notları, çek/senet kayıtları, müşteri iletişim bilgileri
- Emlak: portföy ilanları, mülk bilgileri, danışman/müşteri iletişim bilgileri
- Teknik Servis: araç plakası/şasi no, müşteri adı-telefonu, yapılan işlemler, bakım geçmişi, cari hesaplar
- Yedek Parça: parça stoğu, OEM kodları, alış-satış fiyatı, tamirhane/müşteri cari hesapları

Veriler üçüncü taraf hizmet sağlayıcılarla (Supabase altyapı, RevenueCat/Apple/Google abonelik doğrulama) yalnızca işlemin gerektirdiği ölçüde paylaşılır, satılmaz.

3. Aynı Platformdaki Diğer İşletmeler ile Veri Paylaşımı

AlhazenPDF, aynı iş kolundaki işletmelerin (galericiler, yedek parçacılar, teknik servisler) birbiriyle ticari amaçla iletişime geçebilmesi için isteğe bağlı "ağ" özellikleri sunar: Galericiler Arası Araç Ağı, Parçacılar Arası Ağ ve Teknik Servis Parça Sorgula.

Bu özellikler etkinken, işletmenizin yayına açık ilan/stok kayıtlarından şu bilgiler aynı ağdaki diğer işletmelere (ör. başka bir galerici veya teknik servis) görüntülenebilir hale gelir:

İşletme adı ve iletişim telefonu (WhatsApp üzerinden iletişime geçilebilmesi için)
Araç/parça bilgileri: marka, model, plaka/OEM kodu, durum, satış fiyatı, stok adedi

Aşağıdaki veriler bu ağ özellikleri üzerinden hiçbir zaman başka bir işletmeyle paylaşılmaz:

Alış fiyatı, giderler, gerçek kâr, çek/senet ve cari hesap kayıtları
Kendi müşterilerinizin adı/telefonu
Ekip üyelerinizin bilgileri

Bir aracı/parçayı ağda görünür yapıp yapmama kontrolü tamamen sizdedir (ilan/stok kaydında "yayınla" seçeneği); istediğiniz zaman yayından kaldırabilirsiniz.

4. Hesap Silme

Hangi işletme türünde olursa olsun, hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz:

Uygulama içinden: Ayarlar → Tehlikeli Alan → "Hesabı Kalıcı Olarak Sil"
E-posta ile: alhazenpdf@gmail.com adresine "Hesap Silme Talebi" konusuyla yazın. 7 iş günü içinde işleme alınır.

Silme işlemi geri alınamaz. Ek saklama süresi uygulanmaz.

Kamera: Araç/emlak/parça fotoğrafı çekmek için
Depolama: PDF kaydetmek ve görsellere erişmek için
İnternet: Bulut işletme hesapları ve ağ özellikleri tarafından kullanılır

AlhazenPDF — Privacy Policy

1. Overview

AlhazenPDF is a mobile app and set of web portals built for vehicle dealerships, real estate offices, auto repair shops, and spare-parts dealers. You can use the app as a free/personal PDF generation tool, or create a cloud-based business account (Dealership, Real Estate, Auto Service, or Spare Parts).

Your cloud account is accessed from both the mobile app and its matching web portal (e.g. galeri.alhazenpdf.com, emlak.alhazenpdf.com, servis.alhazenpdf.com, parca.alhazenpdf.com) — both are subject to the same privacy practices described here.

2. Data Collection

A) Local PDF Generation (No Account Required)

Photos and entered information are processed on your device only.
No data is sent to any server.
Camera and storage permissions are used locally only.
No data is collected from children under 13.

B) Cloud Business Accounts (Dealership, Real Estate, Auto Service, Spare Parts)

This section applies only to users who create a business account (Dealership, Real Estate, Auto Service, or Spare Parts) from the mobile app. Users who only use the local PDF module are not subject to this section.

When you create a business account, the following data is stored on Supabase (supabase.com) cloud infrastructure, protected by TLS encryption throughout:

Email address — for account creation and authentication
User ID (UUID) — automatically assigned by Supabase
Business information — business name, logo, contact phone number
Team member information — email addresses and roles of staff you invite
Business records — varies by business type:
- Dealership: license plate, make/model, purchase/sale price, expenses, inspection notes, installment/check records, customer contact info
- Real Estate: property listings, listing details, agent/customer contact info
- Auto Service: license plate/chassis number, customer name/phone, service performed, maintenance history, customer ledgers
- Spare Parts: parts inventory, OEM codes, purchase/sale price, workshop/customer ledgers

Data is shared with third-party service providers (Supabase infrastructure, RevenueCat/Apple/Google for subscription verification) only to the extent required, and is never sold.

3. Data Sharing With Other Businesses on the Platform

AlhazenPDF offers optional "network" features that let businesses in the same trade (dealerships, spare-parts dealers, auto service shops) reach out to each other for business purposes: the Inter-Dealer Vehicle Network, the Inter-Dealer Parts Network, and Auto Service Parts Lookup.

While these features are active, the following information from your published listings/inventory may become visible to other businesses in the same network:

Business name and contact phone number (so they can reach you via WhatsApp)
Vehicle/part details: make, model, plate/OEM code, condition, sale price, stock quantity

The following is never shared with other businesses through these network features:

Purchase price, expenses, real profit, installment/check and customer ledger records
Your own customers' names/phone numbers
Your team members' information

You control whether a vehicle/part is visible on the network (a "publish" toggle on the listing/stock entry) and can unpublish it at any time.

4. Account Deletion

Regardless of business type, you can permanently delete your account and all associated data:

In-app: Settings → Danger Zone → "Permanently Delete Account"
By email: Send a request to alhazenpdf@gmail.com with subject "Account Deletion Request". Processed within 7 business days.

Deletion is irreversible. No additional retention period applies.

5. Permissions

Camera: For capturing vehicle/property/part photos
Storage: For saving PDFs and accessing images
Internet: Used by cloud business accounts and network features
